The new Phoenix DLES CtS / CtP / Security / LDI of the 2026 generation is available with four different laser wavelengths – 375, 405, 830, and 930 nm – as well as combinations of up to three wavelength ranges, and with a resolution ranging from 1,270 to 25,400 dpi.
The system features new 4° DMD technology and proprietary TILT software for even better edge sharpness. Of particular note is the newly developed optics of the 2026 exposure system, which allows for a depth of field of up to 500 microns, ensuring optimal depth curing of the emulsion.
DROP AG, whose founder Hans Lüscher invented the CtS/CtP system, works with its sales partners to market the Phoenix DLES CtS / CtP / Security and LDI digital imaging units for printed circuit boards.
We offer solutions with resolutions ranging from 1,270 to 25,400 dpi, as well as horizontal and vertical systems up to 8,000 mm – including inline systems – for all applications in the field of digital laser exposure using wavelengths of 375, 405, 830, and 940 nm, either individually or in combination. Our systems are ideal for screen printing, offset printing, pad printing, flexographic printing, and other processes. Of particular note is our newly developed integrated CtS-AI scanner solution for the print finishing sector.
