Since nearly 60 years TECHNIGRAF offers solutions for nearly all kind of UV technology. TECHNIGRAF is known through their exposure units, UV hardening and UV measuring technology. Especially in the last years special solutions for the different markets and customers have been developed. 

When a special product, a movement of a product, special requirements to hardening or special speeds etc. – we have solutions for everything. Thanks to our construction, high and flexible production and motivated employees we realize the demands of our customers.

A special trend in the last years is the combination of curing techniques. Flexible UV Dryers have a high demand for the use in development departments, Upscaling processes or in more shift productions. At the SPI show we will present different solutions from the plentiful expertise of TECHNIGRAF and we will have a combination dryer live on our booth.

Seit fast 60 Jahren bietet TECHNIGRAF Lösungen rund um UV-Technologie an. Die Siebformbelichtung, die UV-Härtung und die UV-Messtechnik sind die Bereiche, für die das Unternehmen bekannt wurde. Insbesondere in den letzten Jahren wurden immer wieder besondere Lösungen für Märkte und Kunden entwickelt. 

Wenn ein besonderes Produkt, eine Bewegung des Produktes, spezielle Anforderungen an die Härtung oder ungewöhnliche Geschwindigkeiten etc. – für alles haben wir eine Lösung. Dank eigener Konstruktion, hoher und flexibler Fertigung und motivierten Mitarbeitern gelingt es uns die Anforderungen unserer Kunden Wirklichkeit werden zu lassen. 

Ein wesentlicher Trend der letzten Jahre ist die Kombination von Trocknungstechniken. Ob für den Einsatz in Forschung und Entwicklung, im Upscaling-Prozess oder in der mehrschichtigen Produktion, flexible UV-Trockner sind begehrt. Auch zur SPI werden beispielhaft verschiedene Lösungen aus der reichhaltigen Expertise von TECHNIGRAF gezeigt und ein Kombinationstrockner live gezeigt.

The TECHNIGRAF GmbH, based in Grävenwiesbach, Hesse/Germany, is a global medium company, specialized in the field of UV systems and in the field of exposure units. The company was founded in 1965 by Walter Stumpe and his wife Ruth and was run as family business until 2012. In 2012 TECHNIGRAF GmbH was taken over by a small, private group of investors. During this time the company was successfully restructured and its profitability increased. In 2020 the Dr. Hönle AG, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of UV systems, took over the majority of the shares. In connection with a Management Buy Out, Mr. Karlheinz Mohn, long time Managing Director, took over TECHNIGRAF GmbH as sole shareholder and leads it into the future.

At the base in Grävenwiesbach, central in Germany, the production of UV belt dryers, UV modules, UV measuring instruments and customized special units as well as exposure units and exposure lamps is handled by a small but professional team. Thanks to the competence of 6 decades at the market and due to the flexibility of a small machine producer, TECHNIGRAF is always a trustful partner for their customers.

Especially in the last years TECHNIGRAF has proven this efficiency in a lot of different, customized projects. The development and the production of a special UV system in quantity 1 is one of our strong points. By this often the workpiece handling / the material transport belongs to the scope of duties, independent of a R&D application, a prototype or a production in series.

At the same time TECHNIGRAF is not only specialized in conventional UV. In the production range are also solutions for the worldwide market with UV-LED, UV-C or also IR (infrared) – techniques.
