Tecnomac LQM EVOLUTION is perfect for clients wanting to enhance their printed jobs with metallic foils avoiding the need for dies and minimising foil waste. 

Tecnomac LQM EVOLUTION is specifically designed to apply foil precisely and efficiently across a variety of substrates. The foil adheres to cured screen-printed varnish and depending upon the design, can achieve amazing flat, tactile or 3D effects. 

Tecnomac LQM EVOLUTION enables foil to be precisely applied from the front to the back of the substrate, in areas as small as 10 mm or as large as the whole substrate length. 

Foil can be applied in narrow bands or across the whole width of the substrate. 

If the job does not require foil, a by pass function allows the sheet to pass through at the same speed as the press acting purely as transport mechanism. 

The job setting parameters for foiling are easily entered, edited and stored via a user friendly touch screen panel. 

The machine is also equipped for remote teleassistance enabling rapid online support.

Tecnomac LQM EVOLUTION is a unique foil application system, designed to be either fully integrated into a screen printing line, installed after the dryer and before the stacker or as well as a stand-alone unit.
